FontPanel respects legitimate independent development. This policy distinguishes freely reusable ideas and functionality from FontPanel's protected source code and other original, product-specific expression.

Access to source code as part of running FontPanel permits use of the application. It does not by itself grant permission to reuse that source code in another product.

Independent development
FontPanel does not claim ownership of general ideas, workflows, methods, interfaces, algorithms as abstract principles, or software functionality. Others remain free to study FontPanel and independently create their own implementations where applicable law permits.
Protected material
FontPanel's original source code, documentation, interface copy, graphics and other product-specific expression may not be copied, adapted, distributed or incorporated into another product without prior written permission, except where applicable law or an identified third-party license permits.
Analysis of suspected reuse
Suspected unauthorized reuse may be examined through textual, structural, behavioral, historical and other relevant evidence and comparison methods available at the time of analysis. Rewriting, minification, automated refactoring, translation or AI-assisted transformation does not by itself create permission to reuse protected material.
No automated detector, AI assessment or similarity score alone determines whether infringement has occurred. Any conclusion must be based on the relevant facts, the material concerned and applicable law.
Third-party components
Identified third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses, which take precedence for those components. See the third-party notices.
Enforcement and permissions
FontPanel reserves the right to take proportionate steps supported by the available evidence and applicable law. No particular public, procedural or legal response is promised by this policy.

Självständig utveckling
FontPanel gör inte anspråk på allmänna idéer, arbetsflöden, metoder, gränssnitt, algoritmer som abstrakta principer eller programfunktioner. Andra får studera FontPanel och självständigt skapa egna implementationer i den utsträckning tillämplig lag medger.
Skyddat material
FontPanels egen källkod, dokumentation, gränssnittstexter, grafik och andra produktspecifika uttryck får inte kopieras, bearbetas, distribueras eller införlivas i en annan produkt utan föregående skriftligt tillstånd, utöver vad tillämplig lag eller en angiven tredjepartslicens medger.
Analys av misstänkt återanvändning
Misstänkt otillåten återanvändning kan undersökas genom textuell, strukturell, beteendemässig, historisk och annan relevant bevisning samt de jämförelsemetoder som finns tillgängliga när analysen görs. Omskrivning, minifiering, automatiserad refaktorering, översättning eller AI-bearbetning skapar inte i sig tillstånd att återanvända skyddat material.
Ingen automatisk detektor, AI-bedömning eller likhetspoäng avgör ensam om ett intrång har skett. Varje slutsats måste grundas på relevanta omständigheter, det berörda materialet och tillämplig lag.
Tredjepartskomponenter
Identifierade tredjepartskomponenter regleras fortsatt av sina respektive licenser, vilka har företräde för dessa komponenter. Se informationen om tredjepartskomponenter.
Åtgärder och tillstånd
FontPanel förbehåller sig rätten att vidta proportionerliga åtgärder med stöd av tillgängligt underlag och tillämplig lag. Denna policy utlovar inte någon viss offentlig, processuell eller rättslig åtgärd.
